Police are appealing for witnesses to an arson at a disused medical clinic in Welling.
Police and London Fire Brigade (LFB) crews were called to William Foster Lane at around 2.30pm on June 7 after smoke was seen coming from the property.
A Met police spokesman said: "Witnesses state that a young man was seen to enter the compound to the property shortly before the fire started. He is believed to have been accompanied by a young white female."
Fire Brigade investigators have deemed the cause of the fire as a pile of rubbish which was intentionally set alight, causing damage to the building.
Noone has been arrested and enquiries continue.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, who was in the area at the time, or who has any information that may help with the investigation should contact DC Raj Heer at Bexley Police’s CID on 020 8284 9180 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
