A 22-year-old has appeared in court via video link to deny murdering a Sydenham man.
Timothy Avril appeared at Canterbury Crown Court today (July 9) charged with fatally stabbing 20-year-old Gus Allman to death in Folkestone earlier this year.
Mr Allman, of Knighton Park Road, died from his injuries in hospital.
Avril, from east Dulwich, was remanded in custody for trial at a date to be set.
Four other people are due to appear at Canterbury Crown Court next week accused of perverting the course of justice.
