The 38-year-old from the Shires is an events manager for Speedy Services in Haydock and was part of a team called The Filthy Animals who ran the ‘Half Mucker’ Rat Race Dirty Weekend in Linconshire.
They raised almost £400 for the charity Habitat for Humanity which aims to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness.
She said: “We had to climb over 12ft walls and swim across freezing riverswhile fighting through the mud, rain.” Donate to The Filthy Animals via just giving.com/filthy-animals
