Two lanes have been closed on the Blackwall Tunnel Approach in Greenwich after an accident involving a mobile crane.
Debris, including pole from the mobile crane appears to have fallen onto the carrigeway.
Staff are on hand trying to clear away the debris but there is no indication of when the lanes will re-open.
There is queueing traffic and two lanes closed northbound between Woolwich Road Flyover and the A2203 Blackwall Lane junction.
Congestion is reported to the Kidbrooke Interchange.
