A Met Police operation resulted in more than 500 arrests - including a seizure of crack cocaine at Deptford restaurant.
Operation Condor ran for 48 hours over the bank holiday weekend, focusing on people suspected of flouting licensing rules.
In the boroughs of Lewisham, Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich alone there were a total of 63 arrests.
The operation included a raid on an unnamed Deptford Broadway restaurant at 7pm on May 23.
Large quantities of Class A drugs, believed to be crack cocaine, was found behind the bar, in the kitchen area and also in a store room.
All staff were arrested on conspiracy of possession with intent to supply, as well as immigration offences. One person was also arrested for handling stolen goods.
A Met Police spokeswoman said: "Lewisham's licensing team will apply for an expedited review of the licence as a result of the arrests and drugs found at the premises."
