A man in his 30s was taken to hospital following reports of a stabbing in Sydenham.
Ambulance crews were called out to the incident in Silverdale at 11.45am on May 18 while London's Air Ambulance landed in nearby Mayow Park.
A spokeswoman said: "Our staff treated a man, reported to be in his 30s and he was taken to hospital."
It is understood the man, who was not being treated as a priority, was conscious and breathing.
