Firstly he wasn't 16, he was 15 and he WAS the driver, secondly the police didn't find him inside the car, passers by had already pulled him out of the car which was on its side. Thirdly, there was only 3 vehicles involved, the one he was driving and 2 that were parked, there was no other moving vehicle, he crashed into a parked van which he spun around which with the force knocked a lamppost down, then he crashed into a parked car which then flipped the car he was driving! Fact! News shopper need to get their facts right before assuming! And you tell commenters not to put anything false, news shopper need to take notice of that before they put stories up!
