A mother-of-three is still in a serious but stable condition after being stabbed with scissors in a frenzied attack.
Jemma Foot, 24, was attacked in her home in Cleve Road, Sidcup at 11.30pm on April 24 and she is still in an east London hospital.
Her family have been keeping a vigil at her bedside since the horrific incident.
A family member, who didn't want to be named, said: "It has been horrendous, we are just concentrating on her getting better."
Conor Fox, 37, of no fixed address, has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated burglary in connection with the incident.
He appeared at Bexley Magistrates’ Court last week and was remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Inner London Crown Court on May 12 for a preliminary hearing.
