London Bridge engineering works heap misery on London and Kent train passengers

Train passengers travelling to London from Kent and the south-east face disruption from Easter engineering works.

Work on signals and tracks at London Bridge station will cause delays until Monday.

Southeastern, First Capital Connect and Southern services into the capital will be affected.

No trains will stop at Charing Cross, Waterloo East or London Bridge until Monday morning.

Southeastern services will instead be diverted into Cannon Street.

Trains between Sole Street, Strood and Gillingham will also be closed over the weekend, affecting Chatham line services into Victoria, Charing Cross and St Pancras.

There will be no trains between Victoria and Dartford, Southeastern have said.

Usual standards of NS are alive and well at Easter. How stupid can you get. When did a First Great Western go anywhere near London Bridge? Where do you get your thick stupid hacks from?

It's also not true that trains are not stopping at London Bridge. Most Southeastern trains are. Wrong information is worse than no information. Why does NS not do the world a favour and go bust now. It will one day so give us a break sooner you thick idiots.

Bad reporting, weI stopped at London Bridge twice today on trains. No misery was experienced, it's called progress and is all part of a well advertised campaign to improve rail facilities in and around London Bridge Station.
