Police and ambulances were called out to Forest Hill after two young girls were hit by a vehicle near the station.
Two ambulance crews were despatched to the scene in Devonshire Road at around 2.55pm following reports of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said staff treated two young girls aged seven and 13.
They were taken to Lewisham Hospital suffering minor injuries.
