A cute dog handed in at Beckenham police station has been reunited with its owner.

News Shopper reported on Saturday how this doe-eyed pooch was dropped off in Albemarle Road by a concerned Bromley resident.

We are pleased to announce it is now back safe and sound with its relieved owner.

Sergeant Gareth Starr, who tweeted an appeal at the weekend, thanked News Shopper readers for their helping tracing the owner.
