Olympic hero Sir Chris Hoy visited Cyclopark in Gravesend to speak about his career and inspire the next generation of cyclists.
The sportsman is one of Britain’s most successful Olympic athletes of all time, with six gold medals and one silver.
He visited the cycling facility at The Tollgate in Watling Street on March 21 taking time to speak to a range of staff members from Cyclopark and bike company, Evans Cycles.
Cyclopark Trust chief executive officer Laurence Tricker said: "Sir Chris Hoy is one of the greatest cyclists in the world.
"It was a real honour to have him visit, he was a very friendly guy, took time to chat to a lot of people.
"He was a guest of Evans Cycles and came in to give a talk to their staff after designing a new range of bikes for them."
Sir Chris Hoy retired from competitive cycling last year and his achievements throughout his career make him Scotland’s most successful Olympian, and the most successful Olympic male cyclist of all time.
