Five fire crews were called to Ebbsfleet International Station this morning after an electrical fire on-board a Eurostar train.
The crews were called at 9.30am to reports of smoke in the motor room compartment of the train.
A number of carriages were evacuated as a precaution and no-one has been hurt.
Evacuated passengers were seen huddled together on the platforms awaiting information.
Firefighters used thermal imaging cameras to locate the fire and were at the scene until just after 11am.
