Man charged with sexual assault outside Petts Wood church
A waiter has been charged with sexual assault following an incident outside Christ Church, Petts Wood, in the early hours of Monday morning (March 17).
Yesterday, a 22-year-old woman was taken to hospital after an alleged assault outside the church on the corner of Willett Way and Tudor Way.
Police were called at 12.57am and the woman was treated at Princess Royal University Hospital for minor injuries.
Anis Sina, aged 26, of no fixed address, appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court via virtual link today (March 18), charged with sexual assault.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Croydon Crown Court on April 1.
