If I won that amount, I would definitely keep my name to myself, there is no way I would be broadcasting for all the 'hangers on' to want to 'tip their hat' for a few bob.
Wonder if he could spare me a couple of million? NO. Thought not.

Good luck to him. Hope he enjoys the wealth.

I wonder if he will now change his name to Derek?

Del Boy voice: "This time next year, we'll be millionaires!"

Good on him for winning :) I hope he remembers a few charities which could do with a little help rather than just blowing the lot on a house/car/holidays as is often the case.

What would I do with it? Well for starters I would buy Gypo Joe, WR9 and a few others a good few rounds ... other than that I think I would try and be 'sensible' with it (whatever that means).

What a good person you are thinking of ole Gypo and the likes. He will no doubt be your B.F.F. if he isn't already! Just think you two could be glued together for life.
And no need to be sensible with the money - go mad! It helps.

Simon, Neil Trotter lives miles from "south London", he lives in the town of Coulsdon which is on the very edge of the Greater London region and is surrounded by green belt & rural villages. It's a nice town albiet very expensive & it has beggar all in common with the likes of Walworth, Peckham, or Vauxhall. Look on the bluddy map.

I knew if anyone was going to quibble over that it would be you! A nice town it might be but it's also within the London Borough of Croydon, so south London in my book.

I would not let my dog off his lead in Coulsdon because he would probably end up in a dog pound.

Good luck Neil for getting the great win.
I would not broadcast my name to avoid all the begging letters but think i would have trouble keeping quite.
It sounds like you are a down to earth working bloke, it's nice to see one of own (working Londoners) win big.
As for what i would do is 1st of all go privet for my medical problems that are taking forever to get sorted on the NHS.
Then the normal treat family, pay to have a house built, go on holidays, a bit to charities then hopefully health being better enjoy the money

good luck to the winner. But IF i ever won anything worth wining i certainly would NOT be sharing it it was the media,as said so called friends etc come out of the woodwork, then their would be the begging for anyone and everyone.
However IF i ever won anything more than a few £1000 i would give a % to the charities that mean something to me, if it was much more then id obviously pay off my mortgage & any other outstanding bills.

If it was silly money as above then i would buy a home in a hot country to visit. probably buy some land and have a home built with enough room to house lots of animals, as well as give money to charities than meant a lot to me. As for family & REAL friends- well that goes without saying!

sorry i am going to beg to differ on this one! i might come under the London Borough of bexley But my postcode is DA and my address is Kent, Coulsden is in Surrey and probably has a CR postcode or something NOT a london postcode south London would have a post code of i think S1 or something or SE1 for south east london.
