A 3-year-old boy was taken to hospital after falling from a window in Foxgrove Road, Beckenham, yesterday afternoon (March 17).
The boy is said to have fallen 12 feet and was taken to hospital "as a priority".
A resident of The Hunters - the block of flats where the incident happened, who did not want to be named, said: "I heard that builders were replacing the windows in the flat on the first floor.
"The builders kept saying the boy was running around, playing near the window.
"The next thing the child fell out of the window.
"The builders had cushioned the ground below the window otherwise it could have been much worse.
"When I got home there were police and ambulances already here. I got a real fright."
