CCTV appeal after Deptford ticket inspector attacked on 199 bus

Police want to trace these three people following an attack on a Deptford ticket inspector.

The 34-year-old worker was attacked on January 3 at around 6pm on a 199 bus in Grove Street.

Two men and a woman punched the inspector several times after he asked to check their tickets. The victim was left with facial injuries.

The first man is described as white, aged 20 to 30, of large build, with very short dark receding hair. He was wearing glasses.

Police also want to trace a white woman, aged 20 to 30, of large build with shoulder length hair.

And the third suspect was male, 20 to 30 years old, of proportionate build with short hair.

What scum. The man was only carrying out his duties. No doubt they did not pay for the journey scum ikes. As it goes, they don't look the ticket do they? The last one ref 138592 seems to have no pupils for eyes - wierd!
