A Greenwich free school could "die" unless it finds a permanent site in the next few months.
Prospective parents have started a petition to help find a site for the International Academy of Greenwich (IAG) before September.
The school - which has a curriculum based on European languages - was originally due to open last year with 100 students but had trouble finding a site.
Parents have now found three potential sites - Blackheath Bluecoat, Royal Hill and Charlotte Turner - but say the academy has been barred from taking any of them.
They write: "Time is running out and unless the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the local planners show more goodwill and flexibility towards IAG, the school will simply die and with it over two years of hard work from supporters, staff and the Department for Education."
