A Catford dispute between two men left one with a head injury and another with dog bites.

Police were called at 11.12am on March 3 to reports of an assault at Brownhill Road, near the junction with Torridon Road.

Officers arrived on scene to find an 18 year old man suffering from a head injury and another man close by with dog bite injuries

Both men were taken to two separate hospitals and have since been released.

A Lewisham police spokeswoman said: "It is believed the injuries were caused following a disturbance at the location between the two parties."

One man, aged 46, was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has been bailed to return to a south east London police station.

Anyone with information should contact Lewisham CID on 020 8284 8324 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
