REVISED plans have gone on show for an east Greenwich housing project which was defeated thanks to a petition signed by more than 1,200 people.
London and Regional Properties have reduced the amount of housing planned for the Lovell's Wharf site due to concerns of overdevelopment.
The new plans also aim to reduce the height of the buildings and the development's traffic impact as well as including three new children's areas, a nursery, larger community spacer and redevelopment of the rowing club
The developer had originally planned 282 homes, but later increased that to a whopping 528 in buildings rising to 13 storeys high.
A planning board last year rejected that scheme due to worries over a loss of character for the area.
