A DARTFORD man has been fined after creating a public disturbance in the early hours of Saturday morning (Jan 11).
Dean Fynes, 30, of West Hill, was charged with a public order offence after using threatening words and behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
West Hill was closed between Shepherd's Lane and Highfield Road after police were called at 4.10am to investigate the disturbance.
He appeared at Dartford Magistrates' Court on Monday (Feb 17) and pleaded guilty. He was ordered to pay a £35 fine, £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
