A GRAVESEND man has been praised online for posting a video of himself downing dead mice in dangerous new drinking craze Neknomination.
In the four minute clip uploaded to Facebook Aaron Johnson puts four mice, some grasshoppers and their larvae, a spider, some vodka, lager and milk into a blender.
Mr Johnson gets ready for his challenge.
He then pours the vile mixture into a pint glass and drinks it in one before spitting out some mice bones into the sink as friends can be heard encouraging him off camera.
The stunt is part of the Neknomination fad which is thought to have originated in Australia.
Participants down drinks in outrageous ways or neck potent cocktails of booze before posting the video online and nominating friends to try and top their performance within 24 hours.
Dead mice join the other ingredients in the blender.
Mr Johnson can be heard nominating three other men after completing his gruesome challenge.
There was praise for him underneath the video with Danny Treleaven posting “This was awesome x”.

Samuel Jacomb said: “What a legend/nutter!!!” and Jamie Gatehouse added: “I knew u could do it. I'm so proud of u.!”
But Louise Read posted: “Erghhh that's just wrong I feel sick ur an animal x”
He wipes his mouth after the stunt.
RSPCA wildlife scientist Nicola White said: “We are extremely concerned about this shocking new trend. We have had quite a few similar cases reported to us in a very short space of time – but this could be just the tip of the iceberg as there’s probably many more we have not been told about.
“Eating a live animal and posting of a film of it on the internet is not some light-hearted joke – it is unacceptable. It sends out a clear message that animal cruelty is ok as long as it is in the guise of entertainment.
“We urge people not to take part in this horrible craze and to report to us anyone who is taking part.”
The Neknomination craze recently claimed the life of 20-year-old Isaac Richardson in Woolwich after he downed a pitcher of spirits and lager.
A man from Cardiff and two young men from Ireland have also died taking part.
