A MAN is set to appear in court after being charged with allegedly possessing a fire arm in a Bexleyheath home.
Francis Bailey, 56, has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence after the incident in a house on Upton Road on the night of Saturday, January 18.
Mr Bailey, of Upton Road, has been bailed and will next appear for a plea and case management hearing at the Inner London Crown Court on Monday, April 7.
