YOUNGSTERS at an Eltham hospice for sick children were treated to an afternoon of party food, games and music therapy.
Charity Demelza organised the event for children at its Wensley Close hospice, along with pupils from Willow Dene in Plumstead.
The event was possible thanks to a donation from Canary Wharf based company Northern Trust whose staff also came along to the party.
Corporate development executive at Demelza Kate Barnard said: "It can be a difficult time for some of our families as the financial pressures of looking after a disabled child means they may be on a very limited budget leaving little room for the simple pleasures we take for granted."
Demelza provides care and a place to play, relax and recharge, for nearly 800 children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.
