DEPTFORD Does Disco for New Year’s Eve. It all kicks off with a free entry warm up party at Little Nan’s Bar from 7pm with themed cocktails and vintage prices before the bells are rung in at The Bunker Club next door, which is open from 10.30pm with entry costing £5 before 12 and £7 after. A limited amount of advance tickets are available from Little Nan’s. Expect to hear Kool and the Gang, Chaka Khan, KC and the Sunshine Band, Donna Summer, Diana Ross and those kinda guys. There’ll be a dance off and a competition for the most heavily sequinned.

CLUB giants Ministry of Sound have signed up house superstars MK and Nick Curly to headline it’s big Defected in the House show on the 31st. The party starts at 9pm and goes through to 7am. Tickets cost £50 in advance. Go to ministryofsound.com

BRING in 2014 with 2Tone, Ska, Reggae, Rocksteady and Dub at New Cross Inn. Ska revival legends The Selecter will perform, as will covers band Ska-Prest and DJs. Doors open 7pm and the party goes on until the morning. Tickets cost £22. Go to newcrossinn.com

BIG names will keep the party going at the O2, with the Prodigy, Rudimental DJs, Jaguar Skills, Modestep and Slipmatt all signed up for the Greenwich arena’s NYE bash.
Prodigy’s Liam Howlett says, “It’s the first time in forever that we have played the UK on New Year’s, so it’s gonna be large, bring the noise.”
