FOUR fire engines tackled a house fire in Hornfair Road, Charlton, this morning (December 3).
Crews from East Greenwich, Woolwich, Plumstead and Greenwich were sent to the blaze at 10.51am.
The fire brigade said half the first floor of the two-storey property, along with part of the roof, has been affected.
A man left before they arrived and was treated by ambulance staff for smoke inhalation.
