Dating is not like Dr Pepper says London dating coach Hayley Quinn
Dating is rarely like Dr Pepper.
If you can remember this you're always going to be one step ahead in the dating game.
Most of the time people don't say hi to other people because they are afraid - really.
That means when you're looking at that guy, and he's looking back at you, and he still doesn't say hello the reason is straight up, flat out, FEAR.
He suspects you- a lovely woman, single for long enough, looking for love- is likely to decapitate him on approach.
Sort of like a human praying mantis.
Lots of Men genuinely feel you're more likely to slap them, or run away screaming, than accept their advances.
As a London dating coach I teach men that this 'what's the worst that could happen' scenario is rarely the case.
But I could do with some help from the ladies out there.
So make a promise now that even if you get approached by a man whose line is a bit off, is physically perspiring, or who directs his foot towards his mouth, cut him some slack.
Be gracious and see that whilst his delivery may not have been ideal, his intentions were probably very, very good.
