A CHANGE in season has also brought a change to Southeastern’s train timeable.

Due to the risk of wet leaves on the line becoming slippery, a small number of early morning services will run a few minutes earlier.

Passengers are advised to check for the changes from September 29.

Customer relations manager for Southeastern Alison Nolan said: "We know how important it is for passengers to have certainty of their journey.

"We’ve done a great deal of work behind the scenes to prepare for the autumn period, and this timetable change, together with Network Rail’s efforts has been designed to help mitigate the rail conditions and help minimise any disruption."

The autumn timetable will run from September 29 to December 7.
