SCHOOLS are invited to enter designs for road safety banners as part of a competition linked to road safety week.
The contest is open to children aged from four to 11 and avoiding distractions – such as listening to music, using a phone or eating – should be a key part of the banner’s message.
Winners will have a large-scale banner featuring their design printed for display outside their school. They will also receive 300 high-visibility drawstring bags and the pupil behind the winning design will receive an award.
For the fifth year, branded products company Recognition Express Bromley and Dartford has teamed up with road safety charity Brake to run the competition.
Email Recognition Express Bromley and Dartford for competition entry details.
The closing date is October 18.
