Gravesend X Factor star Tamera Foster 'ordered girl to kiss her shoes'

GRAVESEND X Factor star Tamera Foster reportedly attacked a girl and told her “kiss my shoes or I will beat you up”.

The 16-year-old, who wowed judges with her rendition of Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing last weekend, punched the victim after a fight broke out in Gravesend.

Miss Foster, one of the early favourites to win this year’s X Factor, received a police caution for the incident last year.

It comes after she reportedly boasted taking illegal drugs in a series of tweets in December, last year.

A source close to her, who did not wish to be named, said: “The fight broke out following claims that the girl involved was abusive towards one of Tamera’s friends, although she knows that this does not justify her actions and she is very sorry for what she did.

“As Tamera herself has admitted, she was going through a very difficult time and is now in a much better place.

"Tamera is now focused on doing well in the competition and hopes to move forward with her life positively.”

The Sun reported yesterday (September 4) that the victim, Holly Wilks, was ordered by Miss Foster to “kiss my shoes or I will beat you up”.

A spokesperson for X Factor said: “The X Factor does not condone violent behaviour. The matter was dealt with by the police at the time and Tamera has since apologised for her past behaviour.”

Sorry but she's not a "star"! She's just another ten-a-penny singer that goes on that cr@p program. Hope she flops badly - actually I hope the same for anyone on that show.

As usual another victim of reality tv. As soon as someone looks to be doing well the daggers come out, and old stories like this are unearthed. Shameful. It's past & the future is bright. It was dealt with at the time and we all learn from our mistakes. I wish her lots of luck and hope she does well.

If everyone with a "past" was not allowed a "future" what sort of world would we live in??? The 16 year old me was an idiot...the 36 year old me is a mother of 6 wonderful children, a wife and a social entrepreneur who is heavily involved in my local community! Look at what the person is like now...jealousy is normally the thing that fuels these stories. Good luck Tamera, don't let the haters hold you back!!

holly has been really traumatised over what happened. So much so that she cant go out alone. Before this happened she had a happy and very social life. Once again the media fail to tell the whole story. . So sorry, it has nothing to do with being haters. Why the hell should she be aloud to go on doing what she likes? If x factor "will not condone this type of behaviour" then they should put a stop to her being on the show. Jealousy has nothing to do with it either. I pity the stupid girl who thinks she's hard she's nothing more than pathetic!

So a young kid has a beef with another young kid, bit of a punch up and makes some threats. STOP THE PRESS major story breaking!!

Also if it was such a terrible incident why did it take the traumatised girl 2 months to report it according to some media reports on this major news item (forget Syria, this is massive).

If you dont like the program, dont watch it? If you want a shot at success then by all means go on it. And if you also want your 15 mins of fame but have no talent, then go to the press with a story about a contestant.

the incident was reported straight away! Like i said before the media done what they do best by not publishing the truth. ! People should keep their opinions to themselves if they don't know the whole story. NOTE: It wasn't just a kid on kid petty punch up, there is A LOT MORE TO IT!!
I dont watch x factor either. So there is no 15 mins of fame in any of it (not for me anyway) AND IT WENT TO THE PRESS ... READ THE NEWSPAPERS.

And people who are intelligent enough to know the media will 'done what they do best' should probably think twice before going to them in the first place.

Am quite interested in the timing of the story though and cant make my mind up whether best to have waited a bit to see if she actually did well and it's a big headline and some potential $$.......or......get the story out now and attempt to get her booted out early and f*k up any chance of a career in music she may have if the x factor is indeed her only route.

I have never really understood the workings of a vindictive mind.

(1) VINDICTIVE... not at all, It's about principle. The victim was beat up, mugged, intimidated and more. Give me a reason as to why x factor should give her a chance of winning anything (money or not) when, the victim has had so much taken from her? ie: the items that were stolen from her. More importantly her confidence, self esteem, & social life & more.
(2) Please don't insult my intelligence when you speak of $$'s not ££'s! I know it's hard to believe this but, we are in fact in the uk, we use GBP not DOLLARS.
(3) Why are you so interested? when you clearly don't have a clue about any of it?

1) Thankfully we live in a society where people can be given a second chance. Tell me that you have never done something you regretted when you were a kid. Youthful stupidity is something we all have in common and I believe that adults should not be judged on their actions as a child.
2) YOU may be in the UK, I am not at this moment in time and will converse in whichever currency I choose thank you very much. Also please tell me at which point I insulted your intelligence.
3) I am interested because this story is in the media which means it is in the public arena and there to be discussed. The clue to a comments section is in the title and as such provides a platform for people to air their views and provoke debate. My views are my own, forged in my brain and not everyone will agree, that I am fully aware of. If the fact I read newspapers, news sites and sometimes comment makes me a nosey sh£$ stirrer then guilty as charged and I can only apologise for having an opinion that differs from yours.

Surely Holly and her family should put their energy into moving forward instead of holding onto the past.

I am not defending the girls actions, but every one of us have unfortunately suffered as a result of another person’s actions at some time in our lives, but you deal with it, and crack on!

I can understand that Holly and her family must be seething after seeing this girls face all over the TV, but going all out for I guess some kind of
revenge Is not healthy

When you HAVE BEEN a victim the best way to move forward is to let go of the bitterness, otherwise you will be consumed by resentment and you will be left standing still whilst you watch your nemesis succeed.

“Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.” – Nelson Mandela said that :-)

i can understand what you say totally. But, in the same breath i just cant see why the girl should get a chance of the high life. Holly was so traumatised by what happened, that she can no longer go out on her own. She suffers with anxiety/panic attacks (that's only a small part of it) every time she want to go out. For a 16 yr old girl i'm sure you can understand just how that's affected her family too. The media didn't tell the public most of what really happened. If you all knew the truth then, i think maybe you would feel so very different. I'm sorry but, i still firmly believe that this girl should be removed from the x factor

The problem is right there.

The media.

I think anyone who goes to the tabloids (ESPECIALLY The Sun) are naive (sorry). They are not on your side, and they won’t always tell the story you want told.

They will tweak or manipulate any ‘story’ to suit their own gains and whoever has their fat fingers in the pie!

My guess is they will be offering odds on this girl to win.

She might get ‘success’ and the ‘high life’ on the back of this show, but that depends on how you measure success.

She’s more likely to fall into the abyss of hopeful- no-bodies like many more before her, and many more will after.

I don’t necessarily disagree with second chances, sometimes even the bullies need one! they need to change for the better not digress.
