BOOZE was seized from people in the Gravesend High Street area thanks to a special crime fighting system.
A day of action on August 14 saw US officers join forces with Kent Police to demonstrate the effectiveness of predictive policing.
A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine while another man is in custody on suspicion of possessing cannabis.
The method, known as 'predpol', features a computer programme that uses an algorithm to pin-point police to zones where crime is most likely to occur allowing the force to get the best use of their resources.
Chief Constable Ian Learmonth, who introduced the method to Kent Police in December, said: "Officers still go on patrol as normal and the boxes give them an idea of where to concentrate their efforts.
"If nothing happens whilst they are patrolling it is still successful, we may have prevented a crime from being committed.
"Despite the fact this utilises modern technology, the success of this approach lies within good old fashioned policing - officers out in the community, policing what they see."
