THE children of Wickham Common Primary have produced an art exhibition so good it is being transferred to Bromley Central Library for public viewing.

The artwork, which consists of everything from sketches to 3D art, was produced by 75 youngsters aged five to 11.

Art tutor Sarah Bird said: "We are really, really proud of the children.

"They have worked so hard over the last term.

"Some kids really put their personality into what they doing, and it has reflected in their other work at school.

"What we do, we do for the children.

"One child said to us 'thank you for making me believe in myself again' and that makes it worth it."

The art exhibition will be at Bromley Central Library, Bromley High Street, from tomorrow (July 25) until August 7.

Ms Bird runs Dab Hands Art, an art club that operates in schools, clubs and youth centres, with Jen Dillon.
