A GREENWICH man will appear alongside footballer John Terry's dad in court following allegations of a racially-aggravated assault.
The charges follow an incident at Fenchurch Street in the City of London, on March 22.
Ted Terry, aged 59, from Essex, has been charged with racially aggravated common assault and racially aggravated fear of violence.
Tudor Musteata, aged 47, of Tarves Way, Greenwich, has been charged with causing racially aggravated fear of violence. A third man, 36-year-old Stephen Niland, from Romford, has been charged with the same offence.
All three men were charged at Bishopsgate Police Station on July 9 and will next appear at City London Magistrates' Court on July 23.
