A government review could lead to the cap on parking fines outside London rising from its current level of £70, which could particularly affect drivers in north Kent.
In London, the maximum penalty charge is £130.
Transport secretary Norman Baker said the current maximum fine outside the capital may no longer be a strong enough deterrent.
How high do you think parking fines should go? Should the rest of the country have the same cap as London?
