A 37-YEAR-old pedestrian killed after being hit by a car in Ha Ha Road has been named by police as Marc Brace.

The Plumstead man died at the scene of the accident on June 18 which police were called to around 5.30pm and London Ambulance Service attended.

A post mortem took place at Greenwich Mortuary which gave cause of death as multiple injuries. An inquest opened and adjourned on June 24.

Police say the 26-year-old driver of the car stopped at the scene and was interviewed under caution but has not been arrested.

The incident is being investigated by the Road Death Investigation Unit. Witnesses to the incident are asked to call 0208 285 1574.
