HOUSING association residents are reminded about Bexley's first ever property swap shop which is being held tomorrow (JULY 3).
The event at the Civic Offices in Bexleyheath will give residents a chance to meet over 200 tenants who have already added details of their properties and wish to move to a larger or smaller property.
The event organised by Bexley Council together with housing assiociations London and Quadrant, Orbit and Gallions will allow anyone interested in a mutual exchange the chance to look at the properties available to them, even if they do not yet want to participate.
Residents will also have the opportunity to register their property live at the event with help from council or Housing Association staff.
There will be two separate sessions throughout the day from 10am - 2pm and then 4pm - 8pm.
