AN elderly woman has been rushed to hospital after an accident in Woolwich Road, Abbey Wood, this morning (July 1).
The London Ambulance Service were called to the scene at 10.30am to reports of an accident involving a car and a pedestrian.
Staff treated one patient, an elderly lady, for head and leg injuries.
She was taken by air ambulance to the Royal London Hospital.
