A FOUR-YEAR-OLD girl is recovering in hospital after being hit by a car in Belvedere on Saturday.
Police, air ambulance and paramedics were called to Albert Road, close to the junction with Victoria Street, at shortly before 10am.
The girl suffered head and leg injuries and was treated at the scene before being flown to Royal London Hospital in a serious condition.
A Met Police spokesman said this morning her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The driver of the car, a woman, stopped at the scene. No arrests have been made.
