THREE youths accused of killing a 16-year-old at a Downham house party have been cleared of the murder.
Nathaniel Brown was fatally stabbed in the chest at Launcelot Road on August 1 last year.
He was found by the party's teenage host face down on a toy box in the living room and was pronounced dead by ambulance crews shortly after 5am.
Felix Connel, 19, from Middlesex, Jeffrey Otete, aged 19, of Giffin Street, Deptford, and a 16-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, all denied murdering Nathaniel.
Connel had admitted stabbing the boy once, but said it was in self-defence and that Nathaniel was armed with a kitchen knife.
And an Old Bailey jury on June 11 cleared all three youths of the charges.
