A 52-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court accused of sexual activity with a nine-year-old boy at a Forest Hill primary school.
John Gowers, from East Grinstead, is alleged to have sexually touched the boy on or around December 5 last year.
He faces a charge of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a boy under 13 along with four counts of taking an indecent photograph of a child, relating to events on December 12 last year.
Gowers appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court yesterday (June 12).
He was bailed until his next hearing at Woolwich Crown Court on June 26.
