PLANS to build 20 homes on green belt land in Darenth are to be ruled on by Dartford Council.
Developers FC Stark Ltd have applied for planning permission for 20 two bedroom terraced houses and a one five bedroom detached house in Darenth Mill, Darenth Road.
The former industrial site is based within the Metropolitan green belt and is strongly opposed by neighbours who fear it will increase light and noise pollution and believe it is an overdevelopment of the semi-rural site.
The council’s Development Control Board will decide whether to give the plans the green light during a meeting on Thursday, June 20.
