MARKETS and boot fairs are poised to become a summer fixture next to Dartford Football Club.
Plans for up to 90 temporary stalls to be set up in the car park alongside Princes Park Stadium on Sundays and Bank Holidays between April and August have been submitted to Dartford Council.
A council officer has recommended the proposal is approved, providing the boot fairs and markets are not on consecutive Sundays and permission is granted for just two years.
The Development Control Board will rule on the plans during a meeting on June 20.
