A fire engine at the scene on the A2 near Dartford on Tuesday.
A CAR caught fire while on a recovery lorry on the A2 near Dartford.
Kent Fire and Rescue was called at 5.38pm on Tuesday (June 4) and two fire engines were sent to deal with the incident on the London-bound carriageway near the Dartford Heath junction.
Kent Police also attended after being called at 5.45pm but the blaze was out by 6.05pm.
No injuries were reported.
