A FORMER Bromley primary school teaching assistant is due to appear in crown court accused of a knife attack on a family at their home in Beckenham.
Luke Nicholson, aged 28, has been charged with two counts of GBH with intent, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possessing an offensive weapon.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to next appear at Croydon Crown Court on May 31.
Nicholson, from Sevenoaks, used to work at Princes Plain School, Church Lane, Bromley Common.
The charges relate to an incident at a house in Ernest Grove on January 24.
Police were called to the address at around 8.40pm after reports a number of people had been assaulted.
Three ambulance crews and the medical team from London's Air Ambulance were also called to the scene.
Four patients were treated.
A 58-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from injuries to his arm and stomach.
A woman, 54, was taken to hospital with injured hands and a 29-year-old woman was treated for wounds to her hands and neck.
A short while later police arrested a 28-year-old man in Lloyds Way, Beckenham.
He was treated for a head injury at hospital and then taken into custody.
