Businesses near Lewisham Cycle Superhighway could get £9,000 for cyclist employees
LEWISHAM businesses could claim up to £9,000 for cycling facilities in a bid to get employees pedalling to work.
Transport for London's (TfL) offer is up for grabs for businesses within 1.5km of the New Barclays Cycle Superhighway CS5 from Victoria to New Cross Gate.
TfL are offering up to £9k of cycling funding credits which can be used for bike shelters and racks to cycle training and safety check sessions.
The deadline for businesses – which must have a minimum of 50 employees on site - to apply is July 31 and the registration form can be found at tfl.gov.uk/cyclingworkplaces
