A CATFORD man has appeared in court six months after a cyclist was knocked down in Chislehurst.
Alan Rock, of Perry Hill, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court last Thursday (April 25).
The 44-year-old has been charged with driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after an accident.
Police arrested him on October 26 last year 11 days after a cyclist, a Bromley College lecturer in his 60s, was hit by a car in Chislehurst Road near Berryfield Close. The victim left hospital in January this year with a walking frame.
Rock will appear again at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on June 28.
