ALMOST four months after they were closed, Bromley South station toilets remain unusable.
News Shopper revealed in March how despite a £4m upgrade and a year’s worth of work, the brand new facilities have been out of action since the last week of January.
Network Rail says the fault is not with the new toilets or the work associated with them.
A spokesman said: “There is a fault with the drainage connected to the new toilets which is unfortunately preventing them from opening to passengers.
“The fault is not associated with the new toilets and has occurred outside of the work that was recently carried out.
“We continue to liaise with Southeastern to try and resolve the issue and will do all we can to reopen the toilets as quickly as possible.”
