News Shopper has teamed up with the Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park festival to give away a pair of tickets for the first day headlined by rock gods Bon Jovi.
The festival, taking place from July 5 to 14, is aiming to be totally different from anything else and raise the standards of outdoor events. The emphasis will be on quality rather than terrible toilets and bad burgers.
Over two weekends it will deliver huge bands, including The Rolling Stones, across four stages.
On weekdays there will be free access to the rest of the site where visitors will find music, arts, theatre, restaurants and bars, a farmers’ market, onsite micro-brewery and more entertainment.
Bon Jovi, performing as part of their Because We Can tour hot on the heels of the release of their What About Now album, will be supported on July 5 by various top acts including Kaiser Chiefs, Bush and The Futureheads.
