Away defeats against two of the promotion-chasing sides have left Cray Wanderers facing a nervous finish to the season after being dragged deeper into the relegation zone.

After losing 4-1 at Lowestoft on Tuesday and 2-0 at Wealdstone on Saturday the Wands have slipped to 18th in the table - four from the bottom with four games left to play.

Two sides will be relegated from the Ryman Premier this season, and the Wands will have two crucial games at home to Lewes on 23 April and then away to Wingate & Finchley on 27 April both against opposing sides that are also battling to avoid the drop.

Before those two destiny-deciding games the Wands will be at home to mid-table sides East Thurrock United this Tuesday 16 April (7.45pm) and Hampton & Richmond on Saturday 20 April (3pm).

Cray have also reached the semi-final of the London Senior Cup and will fit this game in on Thursday 18 April with an away trip to Kingstonian (7.45pm).
