Video: Alice in Wonderland gets Georgina Weston Dance Academy treatment

Georgina Weston Dance Academy staged a production of Alice in Wonderland. BR74584
DANCERS from Georgina Weston Dance Academy journeyed down the rabbit hole to stage a production of Alice in Wonderland.
After many months of rehearsals and a lot of hair glitter the youngsters from were transformed into the characters from the Lewis Carroll classic.
With 150 children taking part in the show on Saturday and Sunday (March 16 and 17), including tap dancing lobsters and ballerina flowers, they did not rehearse everything together until Saturday morning.
Academy owner Georgina Weston said: “The excitement backstage is ridiculous and the number of pots of hair glitter we get through is also ridiculous.”
“I believe the shows are a big part of why the academy has increased in size so much.”
Alice in Wonderland was on at Bromley High School, Blackbrook Lane, Bickley.
